confirmation of first stamp paid

    hi i've been asked for confirmation of the date that i paid my first "stamp" after college. can anyone tell me what this is and how i can get this? i have all the other info that they need. thanks in advance!

    This would be the first job you worked in after finishing college where you paid PRSI. A stamp is basically a pRSI contribution. You would have to go back to that employer i guess or maybe ask revenue?

    Write to the Dept of Social Welfare, Gandon House, Amiens Street, Dublin 1 requesting a copy of your PRSI contributions.

    If you need this info urgently you should point that out.
