    Hi guys,

    Wondering if needaticket.ie is a reputable site to buy tickets on and has anyone here had any experiences with them?

    Thanks! :)

    They're not an official seller, which makes them a tout. You will have no guarantees when you buy from them.

    I would seriously reccommend that you do not use this site unless you are desperate for tickets! I stupidly used it without looking up what other people had said abou it and although I could still get my tickets, I'm bricking it.
    The concert is on in two days and I still have not received my tickets. I sent them an email three days ago and never got a reply. I left my number after calling them several times withou an answer and they never called back. After ringing them far too many times to count, I finally got an answer, for which I was told that the tickets wouldn' be sent out to me despite paying a 10euro shipping fee, and that I could collect them from a box office.
    He also mentioned that he "thinks" that they will be the right tickets (on the site in the terms and conditions, they state that if the tickets are unavailable, they can "downgrade with a partial refund or offer you a ticket for the same venue/artist on a different date"). The call ended with unsatisfactory answers and despite ringing them about 50 times more, I haven't gotten through to them...

    I have finally gotten through to them after calling all day and the person answering tells me to ring back tomorrow. It has taken me three hours to get through to them so before I can ask when I can call them back, they hang up on me and each time I ring again, it goes straight to the answering machine. I really regret ever buying tickets off of them and hope that you didn't

    Search this board for needaticket.ie and you will see an awful lot of threads complaining about them.

    If i was you, and lived in Dublin, i'd go straight down to the office(there's an address on the site) and demand my money or my ticket straight up, i'd even go as far as to threaten whoever was there, might sound a bit heavy handed but what they're doing to you is no different then what the mugger on the street would do

    I would always use www.toutless.com - you'll find most tickets available at some stage except for the real in demand shows.

    Also handy if you want to sell a ticket.

    rules = face value only
