Cheapest DSL broadband+line rental package?

Moved into a new apartment and am having unreal bad luck. First of all NTL cable isnt in the area. So went for Digiweb, but im to close to the mast on the guiness brewery so cant get it. So that means ive to activate the phone line and get a DSL connection? Really didnt want to go down that road as it works out so much…

So what is the cheapest line rental and 3mb broadband out there? Getting really frustrated with this now, so crap that we've gone froma 20euro cable with UPC to phone lines and line rental :mad:
