Hi, Just wanted to know of there are any kids MMA classes in Limerick? My nephew is 11 and would love to take part. Any info would be great. Thanks.

above is a link to the mmaforum, and to answer your question, Dermot McGrath runs kids classes,not sure if its just kick boxing, although I think he teaches them grappling. At 11, you'd be looking for your nephew to learn each component art seperatly anyway.

Mike Carroll also runs kids classes, but he does more stret self defence type stuff (although he also includes grappling)
