The results of the British and Irish Masters cross-country international at Birmingham on Saturday last 14/11/2009 have been posted on the AAI website. http://www.athleticsireland.ie/content/?p=10601 Ireland won team gold in M35, M55 and W50, with silver in most of the others and a few individual medals.
