1) The config_mp.cfg (or the config.cfg for SP) can be found here.
program files\steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\players\

2) You can improve what the ping bar shows by changing the following;
seta cg_ScoresPing_MaxBars "10" (anything between 4 & 10 and shows more bars on your screen).
seta cg_ScoresPing_Interval "20" (this represents the bar interval in milliseconds (default =100).

3) I use my wheel mouse to scroll weapons but you can only select one direction in the menu, Up or Down, however you can manually add any extra binds that you want (just like in all COD games) by using the following;

bind MWHEELDOWN "weapprev"
bind MWHEELUP "weapnext"

4) Fancy hosting? The upload speed you need is;

2 players = 64k
4 players = 128k
8 players = 256k
12 players = 384k
18 players = 580k

5) Want to see the good old Lagometer?

seta drawLagometer "1"
