    Hi there, drummer. YOU ARE NEEDED for a new punky, poppy indie band. The idea of the band is to make music that's fun and not too serious (therefore technical skill is not the most important thing!). This is to be a fun, crowd-centred, gigging-centred band. Influences, if they matter to you, are, for example (although these are in no way an indicator of what we will sound like, and I'm not just trying to show off) Born Ruffians, Blood Red Shoes, Fight Like Apes, Partyshank, CSS. I suppose Fight Like Apes are the closest thing to the 'spirit' of the band. Same sense of fun. Agewise, I'd prefer anyone from 18-30, but if you think the description here fits you then go ahead and talk to me, cos the most important thing is that you 'get' it.
    So if you've read all the way down to here and you're still interested, let me know please. I'm in UCC, so that means we can enter the Battle Of The Bands, and win it, thereby getting much publicity and something to boast about:)
