i have a 5 year old and his 2 lower front teeth have fallen out. the adult teeth are just visable and they are at a severe angle. should i do anything. will they straighten out?
    thanks in advance

that's very very young to be worrying about crooked teeth. all kids go through an ugly ducking stage between baby and adult teeth. normally these sort themselves out during the growth spurt.
although it also depends on the severity of the rotation.
