    I was wondering how to put planes I have downloaded and use them as ground traffic?

    Any help appreciated

    If you mean planes you've downlaoded to fly yourself-you can't.

    You're better off downloading a package such as World of AI: http://www.world-of-ai.com/

    There's also commercial packages such as TrafficX but World of AI has always done nicely for me.
