Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

As the safe sex message does not seem to be getting through to some people in Ireland I have put together a frank webpage that deals with some of the popular myths like

1. My boyfriend/girlfriend says you can't get pregnant the first time.

2. I'll take it out before I finish.

3. My partner's never been with anyone else before, so I can't catch anything.

I hope the mods will leave this in place as a condom can save your life.

Seriously though, as spammy/shilly as this thread seems, I can see the merit in a discussion of safe sex and good ways to practice it, particularly because of the demographic of this forum. We are at the mercy of the mods hands really, so we'll see.

It's a good idea I think, having this information readily at hand.

And if osme people believe some of the myths I've heard, then I certainly don't know how they can understand how to actually have sex...
