No you can't. The only thing you can do is use your O2 Billpay to topup someone on O2 prepay. If it's done any other way it's customer care manually removing it from one account and adding it to another and they don't do it as a matter of policy.

Your best option is to look into buying a topup voucher and topping them up, using online banking, etc etc.

You can only transfer intra-network on Vodafone on the IOU service.
