Live subscrition be transfered?

Selling my 360, have six months on the Live Gold sub....can you transfer the subscription over to a new owner?....will he have to setup a new acoount with username/password etc?

You'll have to let him use your Gamertag to be able to use your subscription. If you're prepared to let that happen...
