Hey all, so I have an idea and thought I'd ask here.

I'm currently living in Asia and every day I am amazed at the price and quality of electronic items here.

For example, I recently bought an mp3/mp4 player.

Heres a page with some pictures and feature list.

Its really small and light and hangs round your neck. Excellent for running, walking, cycling, travelling etc.

4 GB, has photo viewer, video player etc but on such a small screen I amn't bothered using it for that.

So this cost me the equivalent of about 30 euro. I also recently bought another mp3/mp4 player for my wife, its a bit bigger and has all the same features with a bigger screen for watching video. It cost about 10 (don't have pics etc sorry).

Anyways, I know neither of these products are available outside the country I'm in which is very surprising to me.

Surely there should be some market to export them especially to Europe.

Anyone any information about this ?

I wonder if anyone here might have a business that imports/exportsstuff and are looking for some quality products that are cheap especially in the recession.

What I mean is I'm living here in Asia so would be looking for a company in Ireland/Europe that would be interested in looking at these products and I'd handle things on this end. I don't have the capital to do it myself but I am working in the technology field so know quite a lot about the industry here.
