Afaik there isnt a forum as boards (although I might be wrong), try elforro.com and also elforo.com (double rr on the first one)

Hey, I live in Barcelona and I use loquo.com a lot. It´s quite similar with things for sale (Music, apartments, bikes etc.), several debate areas, meeting points etc....
