I don't think so. Most of the healthcare courses are NHS funded.

EDIT: Just to say, I did try looking up the info there but I can't find any on Irish students. But I was applying through UCAS last year and I'm sure I was eligable for the bursary. Hmm...? I'll try seek it out!
