Thats an mmds aerial for reception of digital or analogue signals from upc/chorus.

On a recent trip to Kyrgyzstan I wandered around with my camera. Who in the world would be interested in photographing TV antennae? Ah yes people in this forum. Someone to share my dark secret with:)
