You're at a party, it's 2am, someone cracks out a guitar, and a loada people sit round singing along, with the guitar getting passed around.

What are everybody's favourite songs to play in these situations?

*Please god nobody say Wonderwall etc, I'm looking for quality songs that work well acoustically, and that most people will know.

    I'll throw some out there:

Fleet Foxes - White Water Hymnal (usually some people know the harmony)
Postal Service - Such Great Heights
Flaming Lips - Do You Realize??
