ie and firefox problem

I am currently useing vista and always ive been seeing that when i use internet explorer or firefox after about 10 or 15 minutes the explorers stop working and i have to restart the computer this is getting annoying can some one help me out.Also wen i look in task manger after i exit them they dont close properly because…
