Was in boots in Dundrum yesterday and they were promoting Oil of Olay tinted moisturiser, also had SPF 15, its €25 or €27 but they had some offer to get it for €21.

I find No7 Dual Protection tinted moisturiser good. SPF 15 and should definitely be under 25 quid.

I had one for ages from the Nivea Young range, it was really good...not sure if its still available but worth looking for as it wasn't greasy

Kiehl's tinted moisturiser is brilliant and it lasts for AGES as you only need to use a pea sized drop. It gives you a lovely glow and doesn't wear off after an hour or two as the cheaper ones tend to do. Think its about 30 euro though.

What about for us pasty pale ladies? A lot of tinted moisturisers only come in one or two shades so they'd be waaaaaay too dark for me.
    And I'm on a budget...

Ester Lauder is good if you are pale.

I have used one by Nivea and it was excellent.

Are you looking for one that will stay on for a couple of days like the johnston kinda things?

Or something you can put on and take off? The La Roche ones are great! Almost like foundation, much lighter and the moisturizer is great.... I put it on for those days I just REALLY don't wanna wear make-up but look too ill to go completely bare

Not expensive either, and lasts AGES!

Double Wear Light? Palest shade is still to dark for me but might work for others. Again not budget!

I use the Nivea Visage one and I love it, nothing else has come close for me. I think its only about €6... definitely under a tenner anyway
This is the one I use:

EDIT: oops sorry it's so big!!
