Is this an MMA tournament or martial arts using any art?
open style would suggest all ranges of combat, stand up, clinch and ground-am i right.

Rush Boxing club and Rush Martial Arts head coach.

My appologises its a kickboxing event , originally planned as you suggested an all style event to incorporate grappling, ground work ,mma and stand up but decided against being too ambitious to start with. Hope fully for the New Year

Good Luck. Will it be held at the Dragon's Lair club?

Yes this will take place in the Dragons Lair and all are welcome regardless of club or style, so far we have a variety of fighters confirmed including some MMA novices looking to improve their stand up a few Muay Thai and 2 boxers all looking to gain experince.

Is it full contact WAKO rules in a ring?
Is it a tournament or one fight each?
    How many rounds per fight?
I take it from your discription there are no weight divisions?
How many mats or rings will be running at any one time?
Are the ref's qualified? And with who?
