For me its definitely Contingency, cool stealthy opening, you get to use the predator drone, the invasion of the submarine base has the best part of Zimmer's score in it, getting to the sub in 2 mins is made all the more satisfying by using the predator to clear out groups of enemies while advancing, then getting up on the roof while Price launches the nuke was a great moment

Notable mention to The Gulag opening, firing from the chopper before landing in the fortress and tearing ass across the courtyard, great stuff

the bit where you are escaping on the snowmobile down the mountain firing the gun is good, and the bit where you have to sneak through the snowy forest with captain price in the submarine level is good, and the bit on the oil rig where you pull the guards into the water

    Ehhh?

To be honest I didn't really have a favorite mission but if I had to chose one I would go with The Gulag,I don't know why?, but it would be that one.

I thought that the missions were good but not as interesting as the first Modern Warfare in my opinion.

Its sorta hard to pick one particular level. Each mission had something unique in it; Cliffhanger had the snowmobiles, Gulag had the slo-mo breaching, the last one had the boatride.

i really like the last mission when u get to ride the boat. the very very end with shepherd is top class!:D

I like the mission in Makarov's estate or Endgame. Killing Shepherd and escaping The Gulag are Epic!:)

I liked the rangers mission defending the burger king from those pesky russians, mmm tasty! We all got happy meals in the end though :D

Does anyone think that the Gulag mission is a bit of a rip off from Black. The gulag mission in that game is an epic.

Played the game though on novice initally to get a feel and finished it last night on veteran. (Found it very easy this time round, especially compared to the WAW nade fest), but I do like the inclusion of more stealth and sniping aspect of it.

As for storyline, going by the ending, I think we're in a Matrix/Bourne trilogy situation here, the middle film is just a setup for the grand finale. Pity we have to wait 2 years now to see.

Best part - Getting Price back. Classic stuff.

for me its either the space station part when you see the missile or the very end with Sheperd:D best ending

The last 5 minutes is PUUUUUURE quality and the breach where you meet Price :) believe it or not I didn't see that coming so it was da bomb.

I love the bit in the last level where you rappel down and stab the dude in the kneck also.

Gotta love the whole The rock Gulag level. Now where did I see a shower-room ambush before.

    We've got green flares!!!!! ;)

Gulag was also my favourite mission. Anyone else here think the TF141 missions were all vastly superior to the American ones??

Yeah, same with the last game with the SAS and American Army ones. The American ones are always more running and gunning, while the SAS/TF141 require more strategy, patience and are more varied.

Liked the Gulag, but the whole level with the snowmobiles and using the heartbeat sensor was great too. The oil rig level was fantastic too, especially the first breach as I didn't have a clue what was happening when it went to slow motion. Still hit them all though.

Yeah loved the gulag level. It was redonk. I knew the shower sequence was familar. What was it from? Was it another CoD?

The noob tube made all things equal at that part though, even on veteran. It was like bowling when they step out in formation....

Oh and I would following Price into a blender, the man is my hero. It now goes 1.Randy Couture, 2.Captain Price and 3.William Webb Ellis

I actually thought soap looked like the main dude from killzone2,could be his brother.

The part on the rubber dingey was lame. If i had to hear "Stay out of open areas" once more, while i'm a river 100m wide with shallow banks I was gonna flip.

Also, not more quick time events (well they essentially are). Thank you

Ah the rock Gulag mission was one of the highlights gave a real sense of the effort to break someone out of prison.

I also liked the oil rig mission...Purely because of the breaches involved!!

    I personally prefered COD4 Campaign.

But anyway, the Oil Rig level I enjoyed as it reminded me of Rainbow 6(think it was the second one).

    Gulag = Rock

    Airplane Graveyard = Con Air

Both action movies I liked so obviously liked these missions.

The first mission where you witness Washington DC(notably fighting your way through The White House) and the Space cutscene were very well done.

There were bits and bobs of missions I liked.
