I bought this two months ago. It was cheapest at the time (€ 27.93 with delivery). But I didn't really notice any difference, true.

    Hi

Im looking to upgrade my nc10 to 2gb.

Would this one do the job?

    Thanks

AFAIK the NC10 uses XP home. Why would you increase the ram? The OS can't see more than 1gig.

I was just reading a thread here on the NC10 and saw that alot of people upgraded to 2gb.

Would the 1GB be sufficient for watching movies on it?

    Actually it can 'see' 3.2GB

So is it worth upgrading do you reckon?

I cant find a 2gb stick for less than €40 anyway so I might not bother..

I upgraded my netbook, there was a noticeable improvement in speed. Do you find you're netbook slow when browsing the net? If so, then i would probably upgrade. It's not essential though.

Thanks Im waiting on delivery of it and was going to get the extra Ram now to install it when I get it.

I might see how it performs before I upgrade..

Would all the above be suitable for the N140 as well?
