How fast could a Cheetah run a marathon?

    After all the comparison of Usain Bolt to a Cheetah it would be interesting to know how fast the world's fastest animal could complete 26.2 miles in. Thoughts?

    Walking pace: about 6-8 hours.

    Probably longer than you'd think, they are naturally extremely quick over short distances but overheat very quickly too which would slow them down a bit.

    If a cheetah walked non-stop for 6 hours without dying, I'd say, yes it was.
