    Hi

    Im trying to find some info for a college project.
    I need to find the heat capacity equations for salicylic acid, acetic anhydride, acetic acid and acetylsalicylic acid, as i need to do an energy balance & i cant find the info anywhere..

    My first stop would be a PhysicalChemistry book such as Atkins 8th Ed., seems a bit vague though,do you have anymore details?

    Yeah i have an assignment to do a heat and mass balance for an aspirin production, i have the heat of reaction but not the Cp's to find out the energy transferred to the system
