Just after crashing my car, wrote it off due to the airbags going off, the other damage was minor only a few hundred to fix, the other car was old so it was written off too. The total claim is in and around 8 k for the whole thing. 5k for mine!

Im 22, male and have a full licence. it was on my own insurance on a 1.5 astra 03.
Now i have to go and renew my insurance an get a new car(ins was up in 4 weeks)
does anybody know of a cheap insurance company who wont screw me on the premiums????
    Please help!!
Oh and what car would you advise, i will not go below a 1.3 though!!

Will the claim even be finalised by your renewal date? If not, I think you'll have great difficulty in getting a quote elsewhere. See what your current ins co quote you for starters.
