    Hi All,

I work in a small company with 8 people and we do not have a dedicated IT person. A colleague of mine who will remain nameless has let it slip to me (after many pints) that he is accessing our outlook emails!

We have one server and 9 laptops/desktops connected to it. You will have to forgive me for being so vague regarding the setup (see below) we have but all I would like to know is it there is a way I can insure I can protect my Outlook 2007 emails!

As you can imagine I'm a bit peeved about this!

    Thank you.

Setup: Fibre link into switch data room, cable from patch panel into splitter box in office, RJ45 port splitter, Public IP address, cable from splitter box feeding office LAN. HP ProLiant server and 9 office PC's.

You potentially have a serious security breach and you should be reporting the matter to the manager/owner ASAP. Not only is this person accessing your emails, he can't keep his mouth shut about it after a few pints
