lost gamestop credit.. anything i can do??

    i traded in a psp and a few games during the summer and got store credit worth around 60euro.. dont ask how but some how i seem to have misplaced it!! cant find it anywhere!!
    is there anything i can do???????????

    This question would be better asked in Consumer Issues forum.
    Without any proof that you go store-credit from GameStop, you are out of luck I'm afraid.

    You only sold your psp and a faw games for 60 euro haha I sold my one for 130 cash with 4 games

    Very helpful there.

    OP - If you go into the shop they should have a record of the credit note on their system and may give you a re-issue if you speak to the manager.

    If you know the date you traded it in the shop may have a record if you catch someone in a good mood they may search but without a receipt you are prob out of luck.

    As far as I know (and I could be wrong), once it's lost you can't get it replaced.

    If you traded in they have to hold receipts with your name/address and signature for upto a year incase of any problems with the item you traded in. They can search their computer and link that transaction to your store credit and reissue a receipt for you.
