Need to get some work done before a driving test on monday, just a niggly five minute job but won't have time on Monday to get to a garage. Does anyone know of a good mechanic in or around Dublin 6/w or the southside that is open today (saturday)?

Also, prob wrong forum but would a broken indicator light cover have someone turned away from a driving test?

    Cheers!

If it's a simple job, you might get it done in a Fast Fit-type place.

You can buy coloured repair adhesive for indicator lens in a motor factors.

Thanks for the warm welcome, its been while since i did my test but when i did i was given a few weeks in advance before the test, pleanty of time to get things sorted out before the test, it will just as to the pressure of the test day if ya have matters unresolved with the car before the test.

You don't seem to understand that the OP may only have become aware of these problems just before he started this thread.

Aye, problem only arose on Friday evening, managed to get a hold of a mechanic around here just before he left, thought the problem was fixed, but it's popped back up again.

Last minute problems CAN and will happen...
