    Now don't shoot me down here, because i don't know anything about this but..

    Im 18 and in college 5 days a week, but i am looking for a job anytime i can, tried gettin a grant and that failed, so i was wondering if the Dole was an option, am i eligible?

    Please be gentle with me, if im wrong here. :D

    Why did you not get a grant? If they denied you its because you have the means to study?

    Income was around a grand over the limit, which isnt going to help with college because of the recession, thats why i need to find another source of finance, avoiding loans.

    cant get dole while still studyin, but go to you college and see if they have a student assistance fund that might be able to help u? most colleges have these funds for ppl who are really struggling
