Cod For Xbox 360 or PS3?

What should i do ? Currently have a 360. But getting a new PS3 slim at Xmas, Should i get The game now for Xbox or wait until i get a PS3 and have the privilege of playing multi player for free?

I find the 360 controller far better for FPS's, and Xbox Live is well worth the €5 a month.

I have it for both and the 360 controller is the difference, makes it so much easier to play FPS, I feel like I'm gonna snap the PS3 controller.

Could stand to be corrected but aren't the first 2 map packs 360 'Timed' exclusives. Meaning out on 360 first. Nearly sure was announced at E3 2009. Possibly another reason to go for the 360 version but really just depends on which console majority of your friends are on in my opinion

I bought MW2 on Xbox the other day, took it home and the machine wouldnt play it, kept saying open tray.

Took it out and retried a few times no joy, then realised the fools at xtravision had given me a ps3 disc :eek:

However i bought a ps3 just last week, so i gave it a blast, playing the first 3 levels, then went back got the correct disc and played the same three levels just there on the xbox.

Its very very similar on both. Eurogamer are correct when they say the only difference really is the bloom effect on the xbox. The controller on the ps3 is hopeless though, so much easier to play on the xbox, although it could be ive been using it for over 3 years.

The ps3 controller feels too cramped and its impossible to get that easy flow of control with the layout and size of it. Thumbsticks arent as nice either.

Itll take me a while to get used to the ps3 controllers i guess (nice machine though).

Anyway if you were getting a console to play this game, id go with the xbox.

Have to agree, all about friends.
I think xbox controller better for FPSs, but thats just me.

I think xbox is better,but i would like that music zone thing on xbox.

I have it on PS3 and its perfect... I noticed in a friends house when we were playin on the xbox... ps3 had 1.7million or so and xbox had nearly double online players!

I still prefer having free online gaming... €5 euro a month is a the price of a new game at the end of the year!
