    Hi,

My girlfriend and I are planning a 1 week breaks the end of February. We plan on flying to Malaga and would like to stay somewhere nice in the countryside outside Malaga where we can do a lot of activities such as hiking, kyaking, horse riding.

If anyone has done a similar trip or has any advice on places to stay and options available to us it would be great if you could reply.

We do not wish to rent a car so the location where we stay would also need to be close to public transport.

    Thanks in advance

Not 100% sure as I always rent a car when I go over there but I think it may be tricky enough to get to the coutryside without a car, the bus and train service does not seem to have a wide ranging network, particuraly going south(towards Marbella.
