my invention

    Hi guys does anyone know where i might go with an invention that i came up with im not going to say much adout it but if it did come to life it would be used on Car's, Van's along the safty lines....:eek: It would have to be put into cars when there being built.....

    I have being looking around for days but still dont know what to do...

    Would love some help....

    Ok and if i did get a patent for it then where do i go..

    I am still only drawing it up at the min so the patents can wait a bit..

    Hi OP,
    I wouldn't go disclosing my idea to potential investors before I at least had a patent pending.

    I suggest you finish drawing up your idea and arrange a meeting with a patent attourney. Your first consultation should be free of charge & you should get a good idea if you have something patentable or not.

    A good source of information is the Entrepreneurial & Business section. I suggest you read the sticky "Information, Essential Links & Books " and do a search for "patent" within the forum. They're a great source of advice if you still have questions unanswered.

    You need to actually sell some product before you can get investment. That's the way it is now. At least get some advance orders.
