I think there handy for identifying people quickly! You tend to remember people with the interesting call signs.

Got sick of those pretty fast. I usually only remember of the callsign of the player that's been kicking my ass owing to the fact that the name is practically hidden now. Also hate the fact that there's a constant new sign next to both categories - no I fecking wont go cycling through god knows how many pages to check it out.

I might change my mind if they actually were worth something, fewer and unlocked after a serious challenge.
