So, I wanna dye my hair this colour: But I really don't know what shade would be best. My hair is a blondish colour now, and I don't really wanna use a permanent colour. Would anyone know which shade would be closest?

Go to the hairdressers.... Truuussttt Meee! Especially if your coming from blonde. A home kit will only turn your hair green

For a start that's not a block colour, she has highlights. Definitely go to a hairdressers for this.
