Removing Tatoos

I was thinking of removing a tatoo on my shoulder and back. I am in Ireland in the vicinity of Dublin. They are about the size of a fist cleched. I was wondering three things: 1 How much would it cost roughly and 2 is there any side affects 3. Will it be as if it was never there ??????? Any input or help would be great guys
