I ask because while there is another topic on this, it's 5 years old now. Does Irish Rail's faircard still exist? I'm sure I've seen it advertised but I can't for the life of me find it on the website and I know the ticket machines don't have the option for it.

Tis gone. Replaced by their 16-25 railcard. Info here

I see how they conveniently changed the age to 16-25 now, meaning my current Faircard will also be my last. :( It used it be 16-26.

Are you sure about that? The only documentation I ever saw for the faircard said 16-25...

It used to be an "Under 26" card, so 16-25 inclusive.

My Faircard actually says 16-26 on the front, I'll scan it when I get home if proof is needed.

I couldn't scan it but took a photo on my phone. Not great quality but you'll get the idea.
