Is there any maps online that show the jurisdiction of each DMR station? the country divisions seem to be mostly defined by county boundaries but where can i get information about the DMR boundaries for each district?

Don't know if it is published. Garda website does not have which may be for a good reason.

Why are you looking for it?

A precise version mightn't be available showing boundaries etc, but I've seen a list of the stations by district and division alright.

In all fairness, if you are not in the job then you don't need the maps. Maybe time to lock this one?

Yeah, but the OP is looking for a map of the DMR, not what stations are in it. This info could aid in the comission of a crime. Thats probably why it is not published.

Yeah I don't like the idea of posting maps either. If it's not available to the public, then it's not available on boards.

Sorry i should have been a bit more clearer. The reason is to find out my local station, as there is a dispute over who actually covers the area. (Rented properties). I wasnt asking for anyone to post maps as i agree it may be a risk, however i just wondered if anything aready existed in the pubic domain, as Wikipedia wasnt too helpfull...

    Anyway, close the thread....

I'm more interested in finding out about this pubic domain, do you need a licence for that.
