    Martin,

I am taking the BJJ classes, i'm a blue belt under Paulo Guimaraes of Roots, Syndey and the Thai Boxing classes are taught by a polish lad called Sebastian who has 10+ years experience of kickboxing and Muay Thai.

It has only started about 4 weeks now and most of the students have no previous experience in any martial arts, at the moment we are only working two ranges in each class, in the thai class - stand up and clinch and at the bjj class - clinch/takedowns to groundwork. Once the lads get more comfortable working two ranges at a time we will then start to incorporate all three and also include other elements like strikes on the ground etc.
