Best talk to the Student Desk, the place for any Fees related questions. I do know that non-payment puts a Hold on your account on SIS, meaning that you don't get exam results etc. until you pay up.

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

Also talk to your department. Avoid the program office but individual departments usually help their students out.

If you could change to part-time you should only have to pay half each year.

    ....

But 3500 is pretty cheap for fees (which are around 5000-6000 for MAs, PhDs, degrees that you aren't eligible for free fees). It sounds as if they are already halved.

Be careful in case you are paying less than you strictly should at the moment.
