deos anybody know of sny support groups for depression in and around naas/newbridge/ kildare region.... i need to sort myself out and i am not comfortable with one on one counselling. any help greatly appreciated

Have you asked your GP? They can pass you on heaps on stuff and helpful links or contact details for self help groups.

I was in a similar boat, and i googled it for the laois area.
