Jailbreaking issue

    I went into a Mobile Unlocking Shop in Dublin 1
    & asked the man to Jailbreak my phone for me

    He did it in 30 mins for €25
    & he showed me that it worked with other networks
    (Not much use to me but can't complain)

    I thought he would put Cydia on it
    When I got home, I discovered it wasnt on it

    Did he unlock it a different way?

    If it is jailbroken, how would I go about adding (.ipa file) applications to it?

    The reason I wanted to get it broken was that I have some cool .ipa files that I'd like to add to my phone which I couldn't do without jailbreaking it

    There are some app out there not available on the apple app store

    Why did you waste the money and not do it yourself?? I am not the most technically gifted but was able to do it and unlock it for when away in Brittan.

    if you have a 3g iphone download blackrain run it with you phone connected and go through the menus you will see the option to unlock, jailbreak, add cydia and icy installer i think, just click the boxes you want to add to your phone click ok then you will have cydia installed on your iphone any problems just ask
