confused wannabe mature student

    Quick question, i am 23 and want to go back to college. i have a BA degree and a postgrad. does this automatically disqualify me for free fees even if i am a mature student? also, i have been on social welfare for the past 8 months, does this make a difference? thanks

    Hi, as far as I know if you postgraduate student you have to pay full fee.
