Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone ever used the above for heading to Australia. Basically, I got posted what just seems to be a travel itinerary. But no tickets attached, just one e-ticket number, am I missing something? Where do I get my tickets?

is there a number with 10 or 13 digits, as well as the 6 character number? If so thats your ticket.

The old style Ticket has been phased out for the last year. All tickets are now e-tickets so are printed on A4 paper, and look like an itinerary.

Not half as exciting but a lot less hassle if you lose it :)

Cheers dude, there's a 13 digit number on A4 piece of paper. I'm probably old fashioned and remember when you got a ticket for each leg of the journey!. So this 13 digit number can be used for each step of the journey?

If its 13 digits then you have a ticket. That should work for your entire journey

It may also have a 6 character combination of letters and numbers for each airline you use (so if its Aer lingus to London, and qantas to Sydney you would have 2). Thats different to your 6 character 'pnr reference' .
Thats how my tickets are, but I have never traveled with Club travel

The 13 digit number is your ticket number, the other thing is your airline reference.

Pretty sure you just need those 2 bits of information to get on the plane (even written on the back of a beer mat).

But if you are any way unclear you are as well dropping them a mail to put your mind at ease. Thats what you pay them for.
