I know this isnt a medical forum, but i just want opinions if this has happened to anyone else.

I can hold my drink pretty well, never vomit on a night out or the next morning. I occasionally would get a bad hangover and vomit but its rare. Anyways the past maybe 5 or 6 nights i have been out, i have spent the whole next day getting sick al day long, and have to stay in bed till about 9 pm. Has anyone any experiences or this, or know of any reason why it could be happening?

are you drinking on empty stomach?

Before going out, take a bit of honey, yogurt and vit C. Drink on food, not on empty belly and take some water on returning home

You should not be getting sick after drinking.

Also, are your drinks clean, out of date or worse, spiked???

if you are getting gravely ill from consuming alcohol do you not think it prudent to see a GP?

FFS. For all you really know, it could be some mild food poisoning, or, it could be something much worse like a Liver complication. Get to a GP: Find out.

    ???

This is a litttttle paranoid, in fairness.

Look, alcohol is essentially a poison that you're voluntarily ingesting. That's why it makes you pee a lot; your body is trying to flush out the bad stuff. A couple drinks ain't gonna do you much damage but if you over-indulge, you will kill brain-cells, you will feel ill, you will get a headache due to lack of water and you will vomit. If you wanna avoid these things, eat more and drink less. Simple as.

No Offense but youre dismissing some serious symptoms here. This isnt 4 or 5 nights in a row im guessing, its just the last 4 or 5 times the OP has gone on session. While it may be a matter drinking less, its also enough where (I anyway) would be concerned enough to go ask a GP about it. It could easily be something symptomatic to a bigger problem.

On the subject of Spiking - well for starters, its debatable (lets not do it here) if it goes on at all. Secondly: 5 times consequtively? That would have to be the shyest rapist of all time. Nevermind the fact that shes vomiting; not suffering from temporary paralysis or blackouts.

Discuss this with your doctor tbh. Maybe you need blood tests. You could be developing an allergic reaction to a particular drink. I remember when I used to drink alcopops I would get very sick so I switched to beer and it stopped happening.

If I vomited all day after drinking every time I did it, I think I'd probably give up.

My mistake, I did for some reason assume it was a bender.

I nearly missed that too, tbh.

Going to your dr is the best thing you can do.
