Hi All,
Hope I am putting this in the right place but basically I used to be married and a couple of years ago when paying for my car insurance I paid via credit card that was in wifes name and give her the money
I then cancelled the insurance couple months later as sold car only recently I went to get my credit back as had totally forgot about this but they returned it to my ex's credit card and now she is refusing to give it back to me , I have tried everything from insurance company to cancel the credit to ringing banks and visa no joy any help here would be greatly appreciated she has me over a barrel at the moment
