Why do cineworld staff come in five minutes before a film ends to stand there like bafoons with shiny refuge sacks? Do they not relise that they are ruining the end of the film??

What is it with people talking in the cinema? Do they not realise people can hear them? Or do they simply just not care??

Why do people kick, tap and knee the back of chairs??

Why do people hang their feet over a chair beside you so that for the whole movie you have a pair of white runners in your peripheral vision??

Why do people pound down the stairs when they are off out to the toilet? Do they have to drag all our attention away from the movie with their f**king noise??

I like to see movies on the big screen. I pay my money and shouldn't have to put up with inconsiderate morons who seemed to have been brought up with zero manners.

This is why I go to the cinema during the day on a week day OP, nice and quiet, with minimum distractions. ;)

Never really been bothered by cinema staff coming in at the end of a film, sure they only hang at the doors where nobody can see them.

Nope, they come right in and stand beside the screen .. they are supposed to stay at the door. 90% of time that is where they will stay but you get the 10% who will just plod in and stand there.

I go during the day sometimes too and yeah it's way better.

Really? They stand at the screen? Surely that's not allowed?

Four or five stroll in and stand at the wall beside the screen. I have heard people around me 'tut, tut' ing.

Shiny bags, shiny shirts, shiny badges .. shiny happy people should be their f**king theme tune.

It's just the ones too lazy to wait outside for the film to finish.

I haven't had anyone talk on their mobile during in a film for a long time

But I hate when they text away during the film. Even if they are on your row you still be distracted by the light
Dark room but a shining light distracting you. And they don't seem to realise what they're doing to others!

I would gladly pay a €2 surcharge to have a bouncer with us for the film.
Not everyone else would but it's worth it imo

Never noticed that. Like The Mezz there as it's always empty during the day so you get a whole screen and with leather seats to yourself :)
