Just after ALDI, heading towards the village, on your left hand side (At the entrance to those apartments). There's a colly that chases car tyres most of the day.. Who the fcuk owns him? How can they knowingly let him do this all day?

Saw him yesterday trying to bite the underside of a cars tyre while it was pulling out of those apartments. Only a matter of time before its squished.
