i think there maybe a law somewhere to say that an unrequested good sent from a company can be kept as you didnt order it and they already sent it. now it obviously doesnt count if its addressed to someone else before people get any ideas ;) . its too late now for me to look for the relevent law but i may look tomorrow, or ill never mention it again should i find im wrong :D.

So i say keep it until/if they mention it. and if they do let them pay for collection.

just store it in a room - or contact them and give it back.... your choice.

if they realise their mistake - which could be done through an audit in a couple of months time or might never be spotted.... then they could ask for return of one of them.

Did you have to sign for both at the same time or did they arrive seperately ? (I assume you signed for delivery)

Moral issue - return it or keep it !!!!
(I will be watching adverts closely ;) for a bargain TV )

by law u are entitled to keep it without informing the company and if they send u a bill for two only pay for one an make them collect the second and if they have a not after a certain no. Of days the tv is yours do not throw out the packaging just incase u do have to give it back
