Trilogy vs. Dr Haushka - moisturisers

My winter skin has kicked in so dry flaky skin is the order of the day making my foundation look horrendous
Need a good moisturiser. Have been using Trilogy rosehip oil which Im impressed with so considering their moisturiser. However Ive heard wonderful things about Dr Haushkas Rose Day cream....
So any users of either? Or a recommendation for something good for my thirsty skin. I do have some astral and nivea creme but they are not suitable under makeup.
