lg 2.1 blu ray plus what t.v?

    hey folks joined boards tonight based on great info here re hi fi

    I'm looking for a 2.1 home cinema system and 37 inch full HD 100HZ+ tv

    Based on a budget and good enough review i think I'm going to go for LG 2.1 blu ray home cinema. This has steered me towards the LG 37 LH7000 tv as I'd like to have the one brand, remote... Does anyone know anything about this tv ? From some reviews I believe the sound isn't hectic, picture very good but I'll have the home cinema to address sound issues?
    I saw the LG on directtvs.co.uk for €724. Can anyone tell me if they deliver to Rep of Ire and is delivery pricey?


    Before looknig at the LG I was torn between a Samsung 6 series, pnansonic hd ready plasma and the sony 37w5500. Harvey's told me the plasma uses a lot more energy than an lcd so I'm moving away from plasma and the philips 8 series ambilight sounds nice from feedback on here..


    So sum up, which 37" would ye guys recommned between the LG, Philips, sony, samsung and panasonic to go with 2.1 blu ray. I watch a good bit of sport and movies but I am not a gamer..
